Join Cathy Woods—creator of Body, Mind & Equine™, author of Yoga for Riders, and internationally recognized presenter—for a meaningful, all-inclusive retreat at White Stallion Ranch.
This 4-night women’s empowerment retreat blends yoga, mindfulness, and horsemanship to help you connect with yourself, the horses, and the Spirit of the Cowgirl. Together, we’ll explore mindfulness practices to use both around horses and in everyday life, while learning yoga postures and principles that enhance horsemanship—from ground to saddle.
All are welcome regardless of yoga or riding experience. Women of all ages, backgrounds, shapes, and sizes are invited to come exactly as they are.

Sample Itinerary
Sunday Afternoon
After check-in, settle in with a welcome meet-and-greet and orientation, followed by a gentle yoga session to release travel tension.

Monday–Wednesday

Time in the arena with horses (both unmounted and mounted exercises)

Daily trail rides on seasoned, gentle ranch horses

Mindful Equine Grooming session for deeper horse connection
Thursday Morning
